  • Non-Refundable Fares:
    You may still receive:
    • Future travel credit/e-voucher
    • Partial refund due to schedule change or airline-approved waiver
    • Refund of unused taxes/government fees where applicable
  • Schedule Changes or Cancellations by Airline:
    If the airline cancels or significantly reschedules your flight, you may qualify for a refund or a free-of-charge itinerary change.
  • Medical/Bereavement Exceptions:

Payment is required only upon successful recovery.

    • Refund reflected to your payment method
